Attention Flow

A simple practice of presence and conscious attention.

Attention Flow invites us to feel how attention moves, rests, and returns, guided by the natural rhythm of the breath. We begin with eyes open, exploring the space around us. Gradually, attention returns to the body and alternates between inward and outward, creating a living bridge between what we feel within and the world around us. With eyes closed, attention deepens - it travels through the body from within, rests, moves gently. There is nothing to achieve or correct. Simply feel, breathe, and allow presence to settle naturally.

Creates a foundation of living stillness, gentle clarity, and inner balance. It is the starting point for all other practices.

Heart Breathing

A practice of breath and presence, centred in the heart.

Heart Breathing emerges from the attention stabilized in Attention Flow. With eyes closed, awareness shifts gently to the heart region - without forced visualization, simply feeling that area as a living space. The breath is then felt from the heart. On the inhalation, we sense opening and connection. On the exhalation, we let that sensation expand beyond the body. Love here is not a created emotion but a felt quality of connection and belonging - an inner experience of being in relation.

Heart Expansion

A practice of heart-mind coherence and emotional integration.

Heart Expansion deepens the work begun in Heart Breathing. With each inhalation, the chest expands slightly and attention feels the heart as a space that can open, with gentleness, at its own rhythm. On the exhalation, there is a sense of release as that opening spreads into the body and the space around us. Through heart chakra expansion and flow, areas of the heart that have been closed, tense, or wounded are reintegrated into conscious awareness.
